He gave us tips and recommendations on how to improve the property before sale so that we would attract the best offers. We were thrilled by his enthusiasm for the property and, with his encouragement and know-how, we listed it at a higher price than we were originally thinking. With Scott's help, we were able to sell our home at a sum above and beyond our asking price.
