When meeting Selena initially, we could tell she wanted to work 'with' us in the buying and selling process: we were a team, which made the entire process less stressful.
She is wise in the ways of negotiating with other realtors, and in knowing when to press forward, and when to step back.
Selena was always just a text away during the entire buying and selling process, a ... nd we never felt our questions or concerns were not taken seriously, nor that we were bothering her. She was patient and personable, while also being knowedgeable and professional.
She guided us on best practices, yet respected our decisions, and explained the whys and wherefores every step of the way, so we felt comfortable and like active participants in the process.
We were in excellent hands with Selena, every step of the way!

Selena Atkinson was nothing short of amazing , I wanted to buy a house while in a different province she took videos of the properties that helped me narrow it down before we set up the viewing . she had a lot of insight on different builders and areas that only a local would know. would recommend Selena to anyone looking to buy a home
