This was my first time buying a house through Stacy and surely won't be my last!
I went into this with no understanding of how intense /involved it would be to make my first big purchase and I'm so glad I used Stacy. I told her what I was after and we found what ended up being the house I bought. Her communication was always on point, even while she was up in the mountains with her fa ... mily!
From the initial walk through to writing up the offer, to closing in less than a month was so amazing!
If your looking for a realtor that truly has your back and understands how to process works I 10/10 recommend her to anyone out there looking to purchase or sell.

Good Marketing Skills. In particular her property staging was excellent. We think that clearly helped expedite the sale. Open houses were conducted frequently. Stacy was referred to us by a friend who is a real estate agent in Colorado. We trusted our friend’s recommendation and are quite happy we did so.
My wife and I are making a long distance move from our California home of almost 30 years to Battle Ground, Washington. We relied heavily on Stacy’s knowledge of the different areas around Vancouver to ensure we ended up in the type of ... home and neighborhood we envisioned. We had a few wants in our home that seemed to conflict with one another, but with Stacy’s assistance we were able to find a home that “checked all the boxes.”
After the sale, Stacy offered to stop by our new home periodically to make sure all is in order until we can complete our home sale and make our move to Battle Ground. Not having to worry about our new home is a great relief while dealing with the stress of selling our home and arranging our long-distance move.
Stacy has a high energy personality that's impossible not to like. She always responded quickly to our inquiries regardless of the time and was always available to perform virtual visits to homes we were interested in seeing.

Stacy truly took care of everything! We decided to list our house a few days before leaving on vacation. We met with her on a Wednesdays and we were live and had an open house that weekend! She gave a very fair estimate on our home and clearly described the marketing plan.
