Chris & Tom joined forces in 2013 to better serve real estate clients in the Lincoln County, Nebraska area.  In January 2016, Jennifer acquired her real estate license, and joined the family business and became part of the team.   Chris' career began in the early 1990's as a Registered real estate appraiser.  This experience gave her a great foundation in real estate knowledge and has helped to better serve clients. Since 1996, when she was first licensed as a real estate sales person, it became her passion to continue to learn, grow and use her experience to be the best real estate agent she could be.  Over the years she earned designations such as Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR), Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a real estate broker's license in 2005.  Tom has an impressive background in sales and management as well as business ownership so he is passionate about using his skills as an entrepreneur to assist clients with their real estate needs.  He also holds a 100 Ton Coastguard Masters License and a Commercial Pilot's license.  He enjoys sailing, flying and woodworking.  Jennifer is no stranger to the real estate field, having spent many years behind the scenes assisting Chris with her real estate business.  She specializes in customer service in various industries, and enjoys the digital marketing side of the business.  We believe in taking care of our clients as if they were our own family and giving them the best we have to offer!
