The sale of our property transcended the major part of 1.5 years. Mr. Holland endured throughout by "babysitting" our flood problems providing both his time and toils. He personally oversaw rebuilding the bottom floor of our house, updating our electrical and HVAC systems, and advising construction personnel concerning house nuances. His insights and experience proved invaluable.
