Tracey has your best interest at heart, everything else comes second.
She’s been in real estate forever, knows the area, won’t push you into anything, tell you to run away when it’s not right, give sage advice, help you find a lender, help you get a home!
She’s passionate about helping people find the home that’s right for them, especially if it’s your first. ... Unlike many realtors I hear about, she’s not just in it to try and get you to close. She really wants to help people find the right home, not just any house.
We looked for 10 months, and I made 4 offers. It was probably average a little under 3 homes a weekend, 10months x 4weekend x 3houses = 100-120 houses total. I offered on 4, so like 3-4% of the homes we saw. Again, she’ll help you find a home you love, not just a house to buy.
This is the realtor you want when you’re deciding how to live the next 5-30 years of your life. She’s a lot of fun to talk to/with about the homes, the area, and the market, while also being hardworking, thoughtful, caring and professional.

The final decision was made based on the agent's knowledge, interpersonal skills, her ability to understand my needs and preferences, and her demonstrated hard work to identify appropriate properties as well as her creativity and willingness to help me think out side of the box. She was always prepared and brought options to me that I had not identified in my daily house research. She always came with options and checked in with me weekly. I don't know how she found the time. I particularly appreciated her preparation. We looked at about 200 houses and she always did her homework weekly. She was totally dependable.
As long as Tracy is in the business, I will only work with her. I have total trust in her honesty, knowledge, ability, and willingness to work on my behalf.
I had very specific requirements for my home due to my age, my desire to purchase a house that would be my shelter at home after retirement, and my need to continue to work from my current home as a clinician. This made the floor plan, location, and condition of the house critical. It required a very special home and creativity in finding options to meet my needs. I worked with one agents prior to working with Tracy Burgess. I found that they would show me properties that were not appropriate for my needs, came to me unprepared, and sometimes attempted to talk me into properties that were not right for me given my long term goals.
I found Tracy by doing a google search and looking at agent and broker ratings. Tracy Burgess exceeded my expectations. She always came prepared and always found properties that I was not able to find my self. She was direct, honest, and always acted on my behalf. I never felt that she was attempting to talk me into buying. She never wasted my time and helped me avoid mistakes in decision making. I found her to be deeply experienced in the real estate industry, home remodeling industry, and in interior design. She also knew the community well. She was tireless in acting on my behalf. She called me weekly, showed me 200 homes over a 18 month period, and helped me look at options that I would not have considered. I learned that I could depend on her choices. I highly recommend her.
