Yvonne was professional, experienced and responsive. We took a chance on contracting Yvonne, the preferred Redfin agent for the property we eventually purchased, because of our initial conversation with her. Having bought many properties in the past, we easily determined that she knew her stuff!
The only issues that we experienced in escrow had nothing to do with Yvonne. Difficulties ... related to the listing agent and tenants occupying our property were expertly resolved by Yvonne, clearing the path to a seamless closing. We can't recommend her enough!
In addition to a great buying experience, we now consider her our friend!
Hopefully, this is our last move. However, we highly recommend that others who loathe drama when buying real estate call Yvonne.
