I selected Amanda because she is very conscious of people's needs and is very detail oriented.
Amanda is compassionate and made me feel that my needs were much more important than her commission. She was always a phone call away and got the information I needed asap. Amanda is responsive, caring, and considerate.
Being a new widow I needed lots of guidance and I had par ... ticular items that were must have. Amanda searched and searched. I had decided to not purchase at the time and then the duplex came up for sale and Amanda jumped on it. I loved it as soon as she opened the door. I knew it had to be a good match for me or Amanda would not have called.
I knew Amanda before this business venture and I knew immediately that she would be my real estate agent. I knew I could trust her and that she would represent me as if I was herself. She was supportive and very positive letting me know that what we were waiting for was an everyday thing. Amanda was my friend and now Amanda is both my friend and business partner.
