My wife and I decided to sell one of our properties in the Metrowest area. We did a competitive review of 3 top rated groups and David Dorman did the best overall presentation. David was well prepared, super knowledgeable of the market and had an outstanding plan to market the property.
Throughout the process David communicated very well and was easy to work with as well as very thoro ... ugh.
David was truly "FIRST CLASS" throughout the process, a true professional while being "down to earth".
David could not have done anything better. We wish we knew him for some past rental property sales transactions. He's fabulous. He's our "guy" from now on. If you choose to work with David Dorman you'll be glad you did. Did I mention he had 3 full price offers in 2 days? It sold for full price and closed in less than 30 days.

great and kept me on track. From the moment I signed the papers he told me exactly what to expect (and even managed to get my house on the listing service 2 days sooner than he expected). Once the house went live, he kept me informed of all updates such as showings, open houses and even provided me feedback from the people who viewed the home. After 2 days of the house going live for sale, he contacted me to go through the multiple offers and explained the pros and cons of each one and helped me to make the best choice. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me through the sale of my 1st home.
