This is the second real estate deal I have had with JP, the first being a purchase and now the sale of my home. I first met JP through one of my friends who was like "You will LOVE this guy! I used him and was so incredibly happy!" I didn't and initially ended up using a friend who was a part-time agent. OMG, I was so so unhappy and after a botched offer on a home, I canceled my contract and call ...
ed JP. Immediately JP was far superior to the other broker I had worked with. JP listened to my needs to purchase a new home and sell my current one. He made multiple suggestions on how to improve my sales price, how to stage the home and he was right!!! I made more money and was successful not only in getting my new place at the price JP suggested even though I was willing to go much higher and I was able to sell my current home immediately. JP proved to be well worth his weight in gold! He saved and made me money. I can't complain. I'm a detailed person and his communication and knowledge were spot on. He always explained what was happening and so when it did I was already prepared or when it was fresh I was able to react knowing I had someone on my side with the answers and care I needed. JP and Jeanie were very helpful with the whole process of improvements for the sale as well as working within my economic constraints.
