Lori did a wonderful job in helping me to develop a competitive bid on a property that received multiple offers shortly after it was listed. It was a property that I did not want to lose because so few had come on the market in the area I wanted to live within my price range. This is the third transaction Lori has handled for me. Her exceptional people skills and deep knowledge of our community were key to choosing her for my recent sale. She is skilled at realistic pricing, a critical first step. I have never known her to reject a challenge.
My previous experience with Lori is telling. When the property had ... been sold and we were frantically looking for a home for a large, custom made indoor aviary, alarmed at the specter of having it taken to the dump, Lori called upon her local contacts to solve it: we were able to donate it to a local wildlife museum!
