If we could use Nancy for all further moves, we certainly would. We read the brochures of the local agents, but Nancy always seemed to go the extra mile and kept us informed on local real estate sales and trends. Her research was top notch, and she was accurate in her guidance. As stated before, if we have the option of using Nancy's services again, we wouldn't use anyone else.
