Nicole Quinn is a REALTOR® for Century21 Scheetz, which includes 8 offices with more than 350 sales associates and 50 employees serving the Metropolitan Indianapolis market area. CENTURY 21 Scheetz is ranked as one of the top ten franchisees in sales for CENTURY 21 worldwide, and Nicole is a repeat achiever of the Century 21 Quality Service Producer Award. 

Nicole has a passion for real estate, which began with real estate investments in rental property over 20 years ago, and more recently forging a full-time career in real estate sales in 2019. Nicole recognizes the intrinsic worth of real estate and leveraging its advantages to enhance clients' lives through the pathway of homeownership. In this profession, being a market expert, an attentive listener, an effective communicator, exercising due diligence, and embodying trustworthiness are essential, and Nicole effortlessly demonstrates and refines these qualities and skills. Nicole not only delivers top-notch service to her clients, but also has the best brokerage in the area to support her in this endeavor. 

Outside the office, Nicole finds her greatest joy with family. They enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and attending musical events and theater. She is extremely rewarded by volunteer work throughout the years, most recently as a budget coach with Habitat of Humanity for Boone County. For every sale, a donation of 10% from professional fees is gifted to Habitat of Humanity for Boone County in honor of Nicole's clients, as everyone in our community deserves safe and affordable housing.
