we found stacey shelby to be extremely genuine and were extremely impressed by her personal ethics and values. this was very important to us because we wanted the sales commission to go to a person of integrity who gave back to others in a selfless way, and that certainly describes stacey!
she did not get us the money we hoped for (we'd had an appraisal done for a HELOC which had come ... in very high, almost twice what we'd originally thought we should ask for). There were no comps within a mile, and the house was simply the nicest by far in the neighborhood. So we got far less than the appraised value, but far more than any of the neighborhood houses were selling for, and far, far more than our original price range were were going to ask for. Stacey helped us to price it appropriately given its condition and location, and in the end we got very close to our asking price.
