Tom and Pat are an amazing team! They know everyone. In fact, the guys that came to haul away some of our house items knew Pat and Tom from 20 years ago when they bought their home. Pat is on top of everything when it comes to dotting the I's and crossing the T's. Tom is very knowledgeable about homes and has tons of tips and insight.

This is the second house that Pat and Tom sold for us. Both houses they have listed and sold for us, our expectations were exceeded. The closing price was considerably higher on both transactions. When we sell our next rental property, Pat and Tom will be the only Realtors we call.

Tom and Pat made an excellent team in selling my mother's house. The home was being sold while both the owner and family were no longer in the area, so it was important to have a broker we could trust from being recommended by family members who had good prior experiences. d other family members to take care of a number of items at the house that needed to be done before and after listing the house. There were also a number of legal issues due to the house being sold by the owner's POA. This included having to switch title companies and work closely with the final title company and POA to obtain all the necessary documentation to allow the sale to proceed. The sale would most likely have fallen through without all the effort put in by Pat and Tom. They went above and beyond to make the sale happen.
Tom and Pat were exactly what we needed to get the home sold in a timely manner and for a very good price. I am very happy with the overall experience and recommend Tom and Pat to anyone looking to sell a home.
