I am an out-of-state seller and was not aware of several of the procedures Mr. Ward would have taken for advertising or negotiations. I chose 'satisfactory' for most steps for the sale because they got done but I was not there to observe. I would definitely recommend Daryl Ward to handle a VA property sale.
